Training Courses Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Course Confirmation
To secure your place on a training course, a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required at the time of booking.

Your place is provisionally reserved upon payment of the deposit
-
Your booking is confirmed subject to all payment terms being met
-
One day courses, you pay the deposit and full balance 7 days before.
2. Payment Plan
By enrolling onto a course, you agree to the following staged payment schedule:

£500 deposit – payable at booking
-
£1,000 second instalment – due 14 days prior to the course start date
-
Remaining balance – due 7 days prior to the course start date
For bookings made within 14 days of the course start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:

Cancellation of your place on the course

Loss of all payments made
3. Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of your initial payment, provided the course start date is more than 14 days away.

A full refund, including your deposit, will be issued if cancelled within this period
-
If the course begins within 14 days of booking, you agree to waive your right to cancel, and the deposit becomes non-refundable
4. Training Kit (Mandatory Purchase)
Certain courses require a professional training kit, which must be purchased in advance.

The training kit cost is £500
-
This must be paid prior to the course, as instructed
-
Kits are ordered and prepared specifically for each learner
Kit Refund Policy

Once the training kit has been ordered or dispatched, the fee is non-refundable
-
This is due to the inclusion of hygiene-sensitive and/or bespoke items that cannot be resold
If You Cancel Your Course

The kit cost remains non-refundable

You will still be entitled to receive your kit via:

Collection, or
-
Postal delivery (additional charges may apply)

By purchasing the kit, you acknowledge it is a separate product from the training service.
5. Pre-Course Study & Learning Materials
Following receipt of your deposit:

You will be given access to online pre-study materials
-
These materials are an essential part of your training and must be reviewed prior to attendance
Important:
-
All materials are for individual use only and must not be copied or shared
-
Materials remain the intellectual property of the training provider
As digital content is provided:
-
Access to pre-study forms part of the service
-
No refunds will be given once materials have been accessed, except where required by law
6. Cancellations & Transfers
Cancellations by You
-
The £500 deposit is non-refundable outside of the cooling-off period
-
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date
Transfers
-
One transfer to a future course date may be permitted with at least 14 days’ notice
-
Transfers must be used within 3 months and are subject to availability
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases:

An alternative date will be offered
-
If unsuitable, a full refund will be provided
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation).
7. Course Requirements

You must meet any stated pre-requisite qualifications
-
Proof may be required before attending
-
You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to carry out treatments
8. Models for Training
-
We will do our best to supply you with live models, but sometimes things happen like last minute cancellations, for areola & PMU, You may be required to provide your own model and or, work on latex fake skin, unless otherwise stated

Models must be suitable and give informed consen

9. Certification
Certificates will only be issued once:

Full payment has been received
-
The course has been completed in full
-
Required competency standards have been met
10. Professional Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any learner without refund if they:

Act in a disruptive or unsafe manner
-
Fail to follow hygiene or safety procedures
-
Attend under the influence of drugs or alcohol
11. Liability & Insurance

You are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance where required
-
We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage except where required by law
12. Health & Safety
-
Any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed prior to training
-
You agree to follow all professional hygiene and safety protocols
13. Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and used only for training and communication purposes.
14. Agreement
By booking a course, you confirm that you:
